These two pictures are of trees in my backyard. The Branches picture is shown being the most clear at the bottom of the photo to becoming more and more blurry as the picture rises. The Apple Tree photo is created to make a more oil painting look. This was too enhance the wavy branches of the the tree in the wind that day.
These two photos are very similar photos of the same big field taken at the same time of day. The Windy Field is made to look like a painting with a windy feel in the grass especially. In the Sunny Field uses pointillism and a Monet style coloring to enhance the heat of the day.
These two pictures show different clumps of flowers that I pass on my daily walk after school. In Morning, these flowers remind me of a sun rising in the mornings, even though I see these flowers in the afternoon. In the picture Yellow Bunch these flowers are all similar in color but different in how they are positioned or shaped. I made these flowers seem like they were out of a painting.
These two photos show a similar stream that is just down the road from my house. A lot of times, this stream is dried out and on this particular day, the sun was very bright. In The River I worked on focusing more on the stream and I unfocused the side of the stream. In Sunny Day, I over emphasized the reflection and brightness of the sun to show what a hot day it was.
These two photos show different walls of rocks that I see everyday on walks to and from school. In Rock Wall, I changed the color of the rocks and unfocused the land around the rocks. I wanted to show the different sizes and shapes of rocks in this wall. In The Black Rock, I tried to make this one black rock the center of attention while making the other rocks seem as if they were out of a painting.
